• Monthly rental rates are $2,400 (or less,  depending on length of stay and time of year), so be sure to contact us to ensure you get the best deal available .

• Rent is all inclusive of any and all other fees or charges. 

• There is a refundable security deposit of one month.

• Rental periods  do not  need to be in full-month increments, nor do they have to start on the first of day of the month -- we will work with you to meet your needs.

• There is no need for you to arrange utilities, WiFi, or any other service -- everything is provided by us. 

• Rent includes housecleaning.

• All terms and conditions will be in the final Rental Agreement provided to you.
